Andy Roddick

The heir apparent to the likes of Sampras, Agassi, Courier and Chang, and one of the top USA Davis Cup team members, Andy Roddick is best known for his blistering serve.

He holds the record for the fastest serve in professional tennis, which was recorded at the 2004 Davis Cup for Team USA and reached an incredible 155.3mph/250 kph. The youngest player to reach the ATP Top 20 in 2001, Roddick has not reached his expected potential and has only taken 1 Grand Slam title – the US Open in 2003.

The US public has often criticized him for this. Although he can be very argumentative on court, he is also known for his great sense of humour. He is currently ranked #8.

James Blake

Crowned the “Sexiest Man Alive” by People Magazine in 2007, 28-year-old Blake is currently ranked 6th on the ATP rankings and is the second-ranked player, after Roddick, of the Davis Cup US players. Well-known for his powerful forehand and his cross-court speed, Blake has to date pocketed $4,416,755 in career prize money.

Mike Bryan

Together with his twin brother Bob, Mike Bryan has had an illustrious doubles career. Mike turned pro in 1998 and has won 27 titles, including 4 Grand Slams. The Bryan brothers are currently seeded #1 in the ATP and are an exceptional Davis Cup US Team players.

In 2006 Bob, together with brother Mike, achieved a career grand slam by winning the doubles at Wimbledon and at the Australian Open.
